Biography
Dr. Katelyn Cleypool is a podiatrist. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Grand Valley State University in 2017. She completed her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in 2022. Dr. Cleypool completed her residency at Trinity Health Livonia in 2025.
Dr. Cleypool provides patient-focused care across a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. Her clinical expertise includes minimally invasive procedures, bunion surgery, podiatric surgery, trauma, wound care, and management of diabetic foot conditions. She also treats fractures and ankle and ligament sprains with a commitment to personalized recovery plans.
Outside of work, Dr. Cleypool enjoys fitness classes, lifting weights, hiking, and attending sporting events. She loves traveling with her husband and spending time with their newborn baby and their half-beagle dog.
