Mako SmartRobotics™ joint replacement procedures

Muskegon Surgery Center is the first surgery center in Michigan to offer three different procedures — total hip, partial knee and total knee — using the Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery System. Seven of our surgeons are trained and certified to perform surgery using Stryker’s Mako System.

Expanding to meet our patients needs

We have completed a major expansion of the facility, our second large expansion in five years. This new 13,498 square foot addition represents a $9.3 million investment and includes two larger operating rooms equipped with state-of-the-art Stryker OR technology as well as more space for sterile processing.

Radiology Tech

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • First Shift
  • 8-hour shifts

Work Setting / Location:

  • In-person
  • Operating Room

Education / License Requirements:

  • Completion of accredited radiologic technology program
  • ARRT certification

Experience:

  • Working as a radiologic technologist in an operating room
  • Working with a c-arm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical skills involving radiology and fluoroscopy
  • Provide radiology duties inter-operatively
  • Assist with OR room turnover
  • Support nursing tasks
