We are accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and have patient satisfaction scores greater than 99%. Our physicians must meet stringent credentialing and privileging criteria to be a member of our medical staff and our location is easily accessible with convenient parking.
Muskegon Surgery Center is the first surgery center in Michigan to offer three different procedures — total hip, partial knee and total knee — using the Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery System. Seven of our surgeons are trained and certified to perform surgery using Stryker’s Mako System.
In 2019, our 24,000+ square foot addition increased the size of the surgery center by more than 50%, and included 28 new post-op patient recovery bays, a new orthopaedic urgent care center, new exam rooms, and offices for foot/ankle and trauma treatment. We are currently planning further expansion to meet our patients ongoing needs.
